Every job begins with the collection of information about the project, otherwise known as the brief. The brief includes details such as project specs (dimensions, colors, folds, quantity, etc.), timelines, and client profile information. It’s also helpful if the client can reference existing projects, web sites, etc. that represent their preferred design aesthetic.
With a clear picture of client expectations we develop a quote. If the client elects to go forward, a work order is drafted, signed, and a deposit collected.
Design work begins with follow-up revisions as needed. When proof approval is received the project files are prepped for delivery to a third-party printer or to the client. The balance due is collected prior to delivery of the digital files.
Whether Brio Grafix or the client coordinates printing, we are always available to help resolve any font or file format issues that may arise.
How long will it take to complete my project?BACK TO TOP
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the job, the number of revisions, whether the job includes copywriting and printing, and the number of projects currently in the queque. Sample turnarounds are as follows:
- Logo Design from 4-7 business days.
- Tri-fold Brochure Design requiring copywriting averages 5-7 business days.
- Signs can be designed and printed in 3-5 business days.
Rush orders are possible for some projects at additional cost.
What type of files do you accept, and what type of files will you deliver?BACK TO TOP
We use a CS5 Illustrator and Photoshop workflow, therefore, native ai & psd files are preferred. Artwork or images may also be sent in pdf, eps, tiff, or jpg formats. The resolution quality should be 300 dpi for print work, and 72 dpi for web work. Images captured off the internet will not be of sufficient quality for printing.
In return, Brio Grafix creates a variety of file formats for the client. For example, logos are vector-based and will be delivered in native ai or eps, jpg, psd & png formats. There is no extra charge for sending additional file formats.
How much do you charge?BACK TO TOP

Will you match a lower quote from one of your competitors?BACK TO TOP
The simple answer is no. Our prices are fair and competitive when considering the exceptional quality of our creative, products, and services.
What are your payment terms and what payment methods do you accept?BACK TO TOP
A 50% deposit is collected upfront with the balance due upon final proof approval. Digital files are sent to the printer or client after the balance due is received. Payment may be made via cash, check, VISA or MasterCard.
Is the cost for shipping included in the price of my project?BACK TO TOP
No, shipping costs are calculated separately.
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?BACK TO TOP
If an item arrives damaged please contact Brio Grafix right away. Damage must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be made after that period.
What is your return policy?BACK TO TOP
Custom products cannot be re-sold, therefore, barring production error or damage, all sales are final.
Can I cancel my project after I have given proof approval?BACK TO TOP
If the project is cancelled during the design phase you will be charged for the design time logged to date. If the project also involves printing, requests to cancel an order will be accommodated if possible. A job cannot be cancelled once the printing process is underway, and consequently, payment in full would remain your responsibility.
Will my project be featured on your gallery page?BACK TO TOP
It's possible your project may be selected, however not guaranteed.
The Gallery page's featured projects are changed periodically to reflect a current, representative sample of the variety and quality of Brio Grafix product and service offerings.
